I worked with Vroom as they were growing but did not yet have a fully staffed design team. Together, we created a design system for unifying the various email communications that occur during the buying and selling process, updates to the site UI to match most current branding, incorporating changes to improve usability and landing page concepts and emails to test different marketing ideas.
